Australian spinner Nathan Lyon was found responsible for the stadium lights going out twice in the Adelaide Test.



On the opening day of the second Test played in the day-night format, the floodlights went off twice in a short interval in the third session, which surprised the players and fans. There were speculations that the power might have gone out, someone jokingly said that the power was cut off because the bill had not been paid.

Now, in the third Test that started at the Gabba, during the stoppage of play due to rain, host spinner Nathan Lyon accepted the responsibility for the lights going off in a conversation with Channel Seven.
